Destiny

Alexandra Montgomery is not your typical teenager. She has very few friends and has never had a boyfriend. She has such a knack for getting into sticky situations that her father nicknamed her "Hells Bells." Still, Alexandra is happy with her life...until, during one of her "Hells Bells" moments, she learns that her father is not just a simple archaeologist turned college professor. He's a spy for the government. He and his new assistant, William Stewart, are planning to use an upcoming student trip to Rome as a cover for their real quest. They must find the legendary Spear of Destiny before a dangerous fringe religous group discovers it and uses it to start a new series of crusades. In true "Hells Bells" form, Alexandra is determined to help her father find the Spear, whether he likes it or not. At the same time, she finds herself falling in love with William. But before they can explore their fledgling relationship, the two of them face greater danger than they have ever imagined. Alexandra knows that to realize her destiny and save the world, she might have to sacrifice someone she loves.

Destiny is my first full-length novel. With luck, you'll be able to find it on the bookstore shelves in the near future.
